How does the warranty work?

When you purchase any of our products, you are automatically protected by our Warranty, giving you 7 days to test it. If you are not satisfied with your investment within this period, you can request a refund through our support email (info@yesglammer.com) without any hassle.

Yes, our security system is monitored 24/7 and certified by Norton Security. Additionally, your data is encrypted with 256-bit encryption (the same used by banks). It is impossible for fraud to occur in your name because no data is stored in our system.

How to track my order?

All products are shipped with valid tracking codes both internationally and nationally. You can check all movements directly on our website. Our suppliers (the industries that manufacture the products) usually take 2-3 business days to send the tracking number. If you have not received it even after this period, just contact us via email (info@yesglammer.com). To check your order, simply access the tracking area.

How does the return process work?

Important Information!

In cases where the delivery personnel make 3 delivery attempts and the product is returned to the sender, we do not take responsibility and do not offer refunds.

In cases of incorrect address, incomplete address, unknown recipient at the delivery location, unknown address, recipient moved, and unattended mail carrier, we do not take responsibility or offer refunds.

It is the buyer's responsibility to correctly fill out the delivery information requested by the site in a location available for receipt.

Products that are returned to the sender for the reasons mentioned above can be resent to the customer with the payment of the reshipping fee, at the buyer's expense.

Tracking may take time to update due to distance. It is normal for it to take 7 days or more for a new update. The estimated delivery time of 7 to 15 days is just an estimate, and delivery may occur before or after this period, with a maximum of 25 days.

In cases of loss or item not located in the postal flow, it will be identified and informed in your tracking code, and YesGlammer will send a gift card with the same value as the purchase. This way, the purchase can be redone on our website.
